INSTALLATION
1. Wind speed transmitter is usually mounted at an open area clear of any obstructions which may affect the airflow around.
2. The diameter of the mounting tube(not provided) is about 50mm.
3. Pass the cable through the mounting tube.
4. Plug the connector into the socket at the bottom of this anemometer. Twist the outer sleeve of the connector until you feel a click.
5. Mount wind speed transmitter onto the mounting tube. Fix it firmly the with 3 stainless steel screws.
6. Wind speed transmitter is suggested to be earthed. Grounding resistance is less than 5ohm in plain areas and 15ohm in mountain areas.
7. The cable is not supposed to be hung in the air. It should be fixed firmly to avoid being broken by wind.

MAINTENANCE
The wind cup turns around mechanically and works outdoors continuously. In order to ensure its accuracy and extend its service life. We suggest maintaining it at lease once a year. If necessary ， The instrument could be send back to us for maintenance or repair. | ||
